To track your order you can use the Track and Manage my Order link the in the Chat or Help Center, or Track Order here using the instructions below

1. Use the six digit number from your confirmation email (hint: it should look something like this - 100401).

2. Input the email address that was used to complete your order.

It generally takes around 1-2 business days for tracking info to display properly on the tracking page. 

You can also use the tracking number provided by the postal service of choice to look up your order directly.
