I just placed an order. Where are my loyalty points?Updated 2 months ago

Update: effective August 27, 2025, points earned for purchases will go directly into approved status, without any pending status period. Points earned from purchases placed before this date will still remain in pending status until the 30-day verification window closes, after which they will be automatically moved to approved status and added to your approved point total.


After an order is placed, the points from that order go into pending status until the order's return window has closed. After that, the points will be approved and will move from pending status to approved and added to your point total.

Please note that currently the APP will only show your total approved points, not pending points.
