How does our loyalty program work?
Earn points for activities like referrals and purchases, and use them for discounts on future purchases. The more points you collect, the more you save.
Who can join the Loyalty Program?
Anyone can join — simply sign up now for free! All existing account holders are automatically enrolled.
How do I earn points in the Loyalty Program?
You can earn points every time you shop, and on a variety of activities. To see all the ways you can earn points, check the Earn Points section on the loyalty page: https://www.rsvlts.com/pages/rewards
How do I redeem my points?
Once you’re logged into your account, go to the “Rewards” section of the loyalty page. If you have enough points, you can exchange them for rewards.
I just placed an order. Where are my loyalty points?
Update: effective August 27, 2025, points earned for purchases will go directly into approved status, without any pending status period. Points earned from purchases placed before this date will still remain in pending status until the 30-day verific
What do different point statuses mean?
Approved: Ready to use for rewards.Pending: Your points are awaiting verification. Typical for recent purchases and referrals.Cancelled: Not added to your account, for example when a purchase is cancelled.
How do I redeem a free product reward?
There is a minimum spend requirement of $20, before taxes and shipping, in order to redeem a free product reward.
Does my tier status expire?
Effective January 1, 2026, you will need to maintain your current spend level to remain in the Tier you are being placed in. If you do not maintain your level of spend, at the end of the year, you will be downgraded to a lower tier level compensatory
When will I receive my birthday points?
Birthday points will be automatically added to your account on your actual birthday.Birthdays must be entered at least 30 days prior to the actual birthday date in order to receive points.

Do my claimed reward coupons and vouchers expire?
Yes, claimed rewards coupons (dollars off order discount) and vouchers (free shipping voucher) expire 6 months after the date the coupon or voucher is claimed.
What payment methods earn points?
Points are only earned on purchases made with an outside payment method (like your credit card, PayPal, etc.). Orders paid with Store Credit or Gift Cards don’t qualify for points, so if you’re chasing rewards, make sure you use a qualifying payment
Can I return a reward I purchased with my loyalty points?
All free product rewards are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
Event purchases
Event purchases are excluded from the RSVLTS Loyalty Program dba Camp Kunu.Purchases made at events will not accrue rewards points and will not count towards tier spend goals.
