Processing times vary by the type of return:

Instant Exchange: Processed and shipped immediately. Send back the original item within 14 days to avoid a charge. 

Regular Exchange: Processed upon receipt at our fulfillment facility. Allow up to 7 business days. 

Refunds or Store Credit: Processed upon receipt at our fulfillment facility. Allow up to 7 business days. A 10% restocking fee applies to refunds. 

Additional notes: 

• If the order number or contact information is incorrect or incomplete, the return will be not recognized and you will be unable to move forward . 

• Returns outside the 30‑day window or for items that do not meet conditions will be denied. 

• For returns requiring a photo upload, a return label will be sent within 3–5 business days if approved. 

• Instant exchanges may show a pending authorization; you’ll only be charged if the item isn’t returned within 14 days. 

• After submitting a return, you can edit the delivery address for an exchange by selecting "Edit" on the Customer Information overview. 

• International orders can only receive refunds or store credit; exchanges are not available.
