We&apos;ve made it super simple too.&#xA0; Just follow these steps:1. Visit the returns portal: https://returns.rsvlts.com/#/&#xA0;2. Enter the order number from your confirmation email.3. Provide the email address, phone number, or ZIP code associated with the order.&#xA0;4. Follow the prompts&#x2014;choose Exchanges, Store Credit, or Refund from the drop&#x2011;down menu. If you&#x2019;re not happy with a purchase, you may return unused, undamaged, unwashed merchandise (hang tag attached) within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. &#x2022; Free, pre&#x2011;paid shipping is provided for both returns and exchanges.&#xA0;&#x2022; A 10% restocking/handling fee is deducted from refunds (applies only to refunds, not to exchanges or store credit).&#xA0;&#x2022; Completed services (e.g., shipping) are not eligible for refund.&#xA0;&#x2022; Items from multiple orders cannot be returned together; each order requires its own return label.&#xA0;&#x2022; Items that are damaged, worn, washed, or missing tags are ineligible for return or exchange.&#xA0;&#x2022; Items received through an exchange are eligible for return, and may be refunded or issued as store credit.<style type="text/css" id="isPasted"></style><style type="text/css" id="isPasted"></style>&#x2022;&#xA0;If an item was replaced because of shipping issues or damage, that replacement can&#x2019;t be returned or exchanged later on.&#x2022; Limited&#x2011;edition items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.&#xA0;&#x2022; Swimwear that has been worn or washed cannot be returned. &#x2022; All free product rewards are final sale. Processing times vary by the type of return:Instant Exchange: Processed and shipped immediately. Send back the original item within 14 days to avoid a charge.&#xA0;Regular Exchange: Processed upon receipt at our fulfillment facility. Allow up to 7 business days.&#xA0;Refunds or Store Credit: Processed upon receipt at our fulfillment facility. Allow up to 7 business days. A 10% restocking fee applies to refunds.&#xA0;Additional notes:&#xA0;&#x2022; If the order number or contact information is incorrect or incomplete, the return will be not recognized and you will be unable to move forward .&#xA0;&#x2022; Returns outside the 30&#x2011;day window or for items that do not meet conditions will be denied.&#xA0;&#x2022; For returns requiring a photo upload, a return label will be sent within 3&#x2013;5 business days if approved.&#xA0;&#x2022; Instant exchanges may show a pending authorization; you&#x2019;ll only be charged if the item isn&#x2019;t returned within 14 days.&#xA0;&#x2022; After submitting a return, you can edit the delivery address for an exchange by selecting &quot;Edit&quot; on the Customer Information overview.&#xA0;&#x2022; International orders can only receive refunds or store credit; exchanges are not available.

Gift Returns

International orders can be returned for refunds or store credit; here's how.

International orders are eligible for only refunds or store credit, we do not offer exchanges on international orders.&#xA0;To process an international return please follow the following three steps:&#xA0;STEP 1: Ship the item back to us using a carrier that provides tracking:&#xA0;RSVLTS RETURNS&#xA0; 300 Observer Highway&#xA0; Suite E60 6th Floor&#xA0; Hoboken, NJ 07030 USA&#xA0;STEP 2: Include a note inside the package with your name, email, mailing address, and the items you&#x2019;re returning.&#xA0;STEP 3: Email the tracking number to store@rsvlts.com so we can monitor the shipment.&#xA0;As always, please review our terms and conditions for returns. Item(s) must be in new condition with the RSVLTS tags and original packaging still intact.&#x2028; If you item has been worm or washed or doesn&apos;t include the tags and packing we will not be able to prcoess the refund.
