International orders are eligible for only refunds or store credit, we do not offer exchanges on international orders. 

To process an international return please follow the following three steps: 

STEP 1: Ship the item back to us using a carrier that provides tracking:

STEP 2: Include a note inside the package with your name, email, mailing address, and the items you’re returning. 

STEP 3: Email the tracking number to [email protected] so we can monitor the shipment. 

As always, please review our terms and conditions for returns. Item(s) must be in new condition with the RSVLTS tags and original packaging still intact.
