RSVLTS aims for your complete satisfaction. If you’re not happy with a purchase, you may return unused, undamaged, unwashed merchandise (hang tag attached) within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. • Free, pre‑paid shipping is provided for both returns and exchanges.
• A 10% restocking/handling fee is deducted from refunds (applies only to refunds, not to exchanges or store credit).
• Completed services (e.g., shipping) are not eligible for refund.
• Items from multiple orders cannot be returned together; each order requires its own return label.
• Items that are damaged, worn, washed, or missing tags are ineligible for return or exchange.
• Items received through an exchange are eligible for return, and may be refunded or issued as store credit.
• If an item was replaced because of shipping issues or damage, that replacement can’t be returned or exchanged later on.
• Limited‑edition items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
• Swimwear that has been worn or washed cannot be returned.
• All free product rewards are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
